IMBS where tasked to build the energy centre and basement pipework to serve five new tower blocks of chilled and heating pipework.
Two of the tower blocks are 55 stories high and the other is 42 stories, the other two blocks are not being built until the other three are complete but all pipework will be ready to go up as all the plant room’s are being installed by IMBS.
We are running a 400meter 300mm chilled water pipework ring main to serve all the plant room’s as well as 200mm heating pipework ring main.
