Stratton House was an 8 storage office block with fan coil units, heating and cooling.
It had no properly plumbed toilets or kitchen areas on any of the floors.
On the roof was Stratton penthouse which was where all the heating, cooling and all the top end plumbing. The penthouse sold for 25 million pounds
